HOW TO FIND A PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD) FOR WEB CUSTOMERS ONLINE

1. Log onto Pcsoftnet ltd
2. Enter registered Email address and Password accordingly. Click on LOGIN.
3. Click on the ‘My Account’tab
4. Click on the ‘View Orders’tab
5. Type in the appropriate Purchase Order (PO) number
6. Complete the remaining fields in the Search Criteria accordingly
7. Click on SEARCH
8. Click on the ‘Tracking’icon next to the Delivery note number, which is under the ‘Tracking’ This will link directly to the DHL website and appropriate POD screen shot, as per the below example, detailing delivery history and consignment number.
